Every so often, I find myself lost in fantasy land. You know, that fabulous land where you can afford to drop 8k on a dress, and you attend fancy dinner parties on the regular, and have a vacation home and everyday mansion... Then, reality sets in, I remember that elusive truth that richer does not mean happier (plus, spending more than $20 on a piece of clothing makes me break out in hives), and I amuse myself with looking at designer pieces of clothing on Pinterest that I love and will never own. Kind of like this skirt:

Some days, though, I can have my feet in both worlds. Those are the days that I happen to find Michael Kors heels at Goodwill, or stumble across a girl's size 16 dress at Once Upon a Child (no, really!) that's a 10 minute fix from being a frou-frou princess skirt just for me. Those days are pretty rad, if I do say so myself!
