Dressember - Day Two

I've been trying to figure out how I'm going to survive this month of dresses without my legs freezing to death, and there's three key words to doing that: Fleece-Lined Tights.

Dress: DIY, from this tutorial, $1 for fabric remnant
Sweater: Kohl's, $11 (clearance)
Tights: Wal-Mart, $5
Necklace: JC Penney, $4 (clearance)
Boots: Target, $38

Grand Total: $59
